Owner of the Condo-Unit no need to be preoccupied for nothing, the management company will market, maintain and attend the unit in his behalf and produce a revenue which will split with the owner of the Condo-Hotel , agreement with the management companies are usually 40%-60% for the Owner of the Condo-Unit may vary depending the kind of agreement
